ClauseAI provides AI-assisted informational analysis only. Nothing here constitutes legal, financial, medical, tax, employment, or any other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on any finding.
You are responsible for the documents you upload, ensuring you have rights to process them, and independently verifying all findings before making decisions based on them.
Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or miss important context. We do not guarantee perfect extraction, scoring, classification, or recommendations for any document type.
You retain full ownership of every document you upload. You grant ClauseAI a limited right to process your content solely to provide the service — analysis, storage, support, and core functionality.
You may not use ClauseAI to process unlawfully obtained documents, attempt to reverse engineer the AI engines, circumvent access controls, or use the service in ways that violate applicable law.
Pro and Team plans are billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
ClauseAI is a productivity tool, not a law firm. Use it to understand your documents faster — then verify anything important with the appropriate professional.
